1. add linked hash map data structure with tests (detail / githubweb)

3. add nested iterator test. passing (detail / githubweb)
4. add test for handling destroyed elements. failing. (detail / githubweb)
5. re-work to use list of entries rather than reusing one dummy (detail / githubweb)
6. fix destroy behaviour. memory verification fv test now passing (detail / githubweb)
7. add test for when map becomes empty then gets first element. passing. (detail / githubweb)
8. fix iterating on empty map (detail / githubweb)
9. make constant that which has no business changing (detail / githubweb)
10. adjust visibility for Entry (detail / githubweb)
